Phase 1: Coalton Trail

C, D and S met at the Coalton Trail to wander west and east, amid the smoke and descending red sun.

Phases 2, 3: Coalton Trailhead

Sandwiches etc. in the dark at the trailhead shelter. C brought cookies again!

The plane pictured below was en route to landing at BJC (Rocky Mountain Metro). The lower part of the fuselage is coated with fire retardant chemical.
