BNOSRMeadowlark Trail
Four Twenty

Perhaps the first mild-weather Wednesday of the year, S and D2 walked up and down the Meadowlark Trail, observing the green grass and speculating about the effects of last year’s Marshall Fire. Not much wind, if any, and room-temperature conditions; almost like walking on a treadmill, but with a sunset.

Also along the trail: a few cyclists, some walkers and joggers, various flying bugs of some sort. Also, green grass, burnt yucca, and the usual airplanes landing at BJC.

Questions of the Night

  1. Exactly how much of this area burned in the Marshall Fire?

  2. What are our favorite airports?
